Not sure who he is and what is his past record for years which he is claiming.
At the very first line he is defending by blaming UPSC. The very first sign of a lier.
If he is that confident why he is defending himself from "Goa".

Anyway, everything boils down to intentions. His intentions have always been to calm the nerves of people. Positive & negative externalities may result in this process. Largely, having Kaptaan has been really great in my now long journey of UPSC.
It's really sad to see people attack him unnecessarily. Without him, it would have been such a nerve wrecking experience waiting for results (at least for me) 🤞
