bhai i dont trust them. i do believe what arun saxena sir says.
and my gut feeling says that he is a mature person and wont fall in the trap of notice vanishing for a while, get high and announce anything. if he says that notice relevance is lost, then who am i to judge.
but i dont trust anybody else's words

Yar waise logical bat hai, Upsc notice hai abhi bhi, hume pata hai mamla sc case related hai, to kal morning ko result ayega is baat pe vishwas karna thoda mushkil hai...
Khair kaptaan ko info Dene wala bhi agar andaaze se bol raha hoga to what can he do as well.
The only reason that upsc can declare the result tomorrow is to argue "fait accompli" in SC on 21 hence no attempts to them for this year, which will cause unreasonable delay. Rest extra attempt could have different arguments.

their notice should be taken with utmost seriousness.
If they were unsure of results date, they would have said anything but last week of march.

now we should do a dharna infront of upsc for not pouting all the time.
and also file a writ petition that your art21 is violated by upsc as your credibility just took a dip and its upsc who defamed you

This year upsc has been quite uncertain in every aspect.
They literally changed their notice in span of 1hr just before mains.
I have been giving info since 2018 FR. It has never been wrong.
This year too it was bang on. At the very last instance they decided to defer the results.
Out of the blue i will not post any random stuff on channel especially when i am enjoying vacations in Goa.
Don't i my self know what upsc notice says on results? Am i a nonsense guy? If you have known me for years, you know me. I don't have to explain myself.
I have a genuine update that results will be out tomorrow morning. 99.99% they will be out. No one can beat it except upsc.
Even if it won't be announced due to yet again last mood swings of upsc. I will post in advance.
I have no intention of robbing off anyone of their mental peace and any such consequences are unintended.
