How was the paper guys ?
@whatonly @TheNotorious Guys, do you think all casual workers are eligible for EPF?
No idea π sorry. Have not looked at questions again after the paper
God! I was so scared to check each question with the key. Worsens my anxiety issues. Had to make excel with 4 institute keys.
Also about the paper, I literally checked if I was writing upsc cse paper as I was getting these test match questions in the beginning π & also because our centre had seating arrangement for some earlier govt exam.

And my god... I would have had the same reaction with that set. All the best! Hope you are feeling better after that.
@HeNeArKr csat asaan laga kya aapko, or you have very strong apti, I mean people are struggling for qualifying marks and you are getting double the qualifying marks.. ππ
Bro.. Csat was tough its just that I have cleared Cat before so I was having an advantage. Even then my strategy was not to touch the RC questions. Araam se 50-60 quant or reasoning kro hojayga clear. Rcs to were even a notch higher than CAT(mtlb saare hi inference based). I don't know how would one from a non maths background could get 66 + marks with a month of prep. Kyuki RC to UPSC ke alava shayad hi koi use shi answer kr paaye :p
I m so weak in maths but even I answered 30 qstns excluding rc.csat was time consuming but it's not as tough as it is made to be.i just wonder how anyone who is talented enough to pass gs1 could fail in gs2

Maybe you had good run with Maths that day but it wasnβt easy by any measure. Maths was more difficult than it usually is and RCs were supremely dicey. So itβs okay if anyoneβs panicking about CSAT.
@Howz_the_josh I was getting 125+ in 2020 now am scoring between 90-100 , Definitely paper was unconventional, unexpected , I must say that cut off will be low...
I hope so ,though I m in the same range ,I am feared abt my marks accrdng to official upsc key.certainly it would vary a lot .
Update:
the current scenario of keys
Insights: 105.9
Iasbaba: 108.5
Shankar ias: 106
Topperβs 2020 key: 113
Forumias: 107.9
Drishti ias: 108.5
Iasexamcongress (TG group): 116
I guess no point in wasting time on other keys nowβ¦if it were 2019 I would have straight away jumped into mains prep but because of last yearβs answer key fiasco Iβm not pushing my hopes high till result is out(The agony of not finding your roll number in pdf is excruciating). But anyway gonna start with optional now, with some optimism and belief in Murphyβs law.
With forum key I am getting 102 and with Shankar 99. something. I don't know if it's good or not because I saw last year people with score around 105 not being there in the final list. Also CSAT I don't have the courage to check them. If CSAT becomes the limiting factor for me this time, I will have no regrets because that was all I could do in CSAT.
Bro, many people are barely crossing 90.. I believe you are much suitably placed and you should start preparing for mains..
His prediction for last three years were very close to the cut off, so this time trusting his prediction
Just want to make it clear
Agar aapke last year tukke sahi lage hai to zaroori nahi is saal bhi lgenge
Aur last saal nhi lge to, is saal bhi nhi lgenge
(When we fail pre we blame tukkas, but when we get high marks due to them we claim them smart guess)
If your roll no. is in pdf, then only you can write mains, as simple as that

yes UPSC cut off will be similar to last year it seems but cut off according to coaching keys will be around 105 - one should consider atleast 3-4 question here and there ie 8-10 marks. In my group many scoring above 120 and few in 110s.
