Many people are scoring between 90-95 but few people are scoring above 95. So I think cutoff will be 92-95.

@SnowLeopard refer to Oxford dictionary or any google dictionary- Sovereignty means ( possessing authority to govern) —-this is clearly mentioned in option B

Arre yaar. Philosophy optional hai. Itne saalo se state aur sovereignty discuss karte karte dimaag ghis gaya hai. Maanlo bhai optional A hi answer hai. If you get into the discussion on sovereignty then you will get confused because there are notions of sovereignty that such as divided sovereignty, federated sovereignty, shared sovereignty etc that can be discussed as well. Then again, one could discuss the sovereignty as discusse din Arthashastra which gives a seven folded definition of a state (which option B will still fail). For all practical purposes, definition of State as understood in post enlightenment times particularly after Montevideo convention, is that it should have four characteristics: People, who live in a territory, have a government and that state should be sovereign. Sovereignty must be internal and external. Internal means that state's writ within its territory is unchallenged in all aspects. External Sovereignty means no external authority shall have any say as to the policies etc of a state. More importantly it means Ext sovereignty means a state shall be able to declare war and peace. It shall determine its own foreign policy. It shall, even if it shares some of its sovereign characteristics, do so out of its own accord ex. Joining transnational bodies such EU parliament or WTO trade agreement or UN Climate Change adherences. See when Kyoto protocol was in place it had binding characteristics for Annex 1 countries. Yet, countries moved otut of the said protocol and no other country could interfere int his decision. That is external sovereignty. Take the case of Kashmir. While 370 was in its full form, had it given up its sovereign character? Why,? Because it had no power over external policy , defence etc.

Weight of the lid includes weight on the lid also whistle weight and its area

@assistant no it does not i think...seeti is removable...plus if that is taken as scientific reason that would mean increasing weight of the lid (without changing the weight of the seeti) will affect cooking temperature , which is not true.

All these reminds of an old tv serial called "maano ya na maano".

Right now i am feeling utterly clueless. I am unmoored. I was happy eating samosa with chutney and suddenly my father started quizzing me on rivers. Dhauli meets ganga where, Which tributary joins at rudraprayag etc etc. As soon as he asks me something it seems something in me goes missing. He shouted at me a lot, saying stuff like "you don't study that's why you don't succeed"  "You are useless in all aspects, right now you should stand with your head bowed and you are crying like this. You have an attitude problem."

I am thinking about two options. Either I should run away or I should die. I know I sound melodramatic as hell but I just can't take it anymore. I don't have any way out. I am not smart enough or I don't work hard enough I don't even know anymore. I have saved some 30-35k and I am genuinely thinking of running somewhere, eating a lot have fun and then go die somewhere quiet in a way that won't bother anyone. I don't think I have anything to give to this world anyway. I am sorry for dumping all of this here, I know this is not the place for it. Everyone here has their own problems and are fighting them. I know nobody wants to hear me whine. Goodbye. This is my second and last comment on forum. I don't what i will do for now but I am done with all

If you are writing here in such stressful situation, then probably you should try your hands on writing stories or starting a blog.

Don't feel bad about yourself and reboot new opportunities in your life.

Please don't

Don't quit. Nothing might seem right at this moment in life but just stay there. You'll be fine. I hope God gives you strength at this moment. Words prick but you can't change people around you. Humanity needs good souls. Don't lose faith in yourself
