Are there moral differences between maternal spindle transfer and pronuclear transfer? (nih.gov)

This is getting too technical for me, but based on what I read from multiple sources, in pronuclear transfer, first invitro fertilization is done and then the mitochondria is replaced

"In PNT two zygotes are created in vitro. One of them is created with the intending parents’ sperm and oocyte (or a sperm from a donor), and the other one with a donated oocyte and the father’s (or donor’s) sperm. After fertilisation, and during the first 24 h, the maternal and paternal pronuclei are removed from both zygotes."

This is from the above NIH article. It says zygote is produced first. Zygote is a fertilized egg

Hope this helps

@bhuvanamalar1015412 many state commissions are moving towards conceptuality that's good thing

in tamilnadu psc most of the paper would be eulogising ancient tamil people and tamil language.thats the only reason i hate reading for tnpsc.it almost gets boring and irritating beyond a point.other than that this year tnpsc qstns were good but i dont know how it would be in future.whatever i have decided to give a serious try if i fail upsc pre this year as idiotic qstns like nuniz opinion on whether women knew wrestling, astrology, sooth saying broke my belief.i dont have the ability to memorize like that.

For banks RBI is the lender of last resort.. No doubt. But I can't think of fin ministry & nirmala sitaraman printing huge 💰 to escape tough times like covid. Monetary functions of govts are delegated to central banks. Even in case of gareeb central govt rbi MUST be there, at least technically. Going by rigid textbook definitions only banks should be ans

RBI does not "lend" to govt except as ways and means advances. But that is for a different purpose, not as a last resort or something

RBI can print money and buy govt bonds. But I don't think buying bonds qualifies the definition of lending

a bit late to the discussion but i am curious if people even actually felt the paper was tougher than last year, as the cut-offs of most institutes is 90-95 i.e similar to last year. ALso all the answer key discussions on youtube have the teachers itself getting confused/having alternating opinions but at the same time mentioning that the cut-off could be marginally higher than last year. What am i missing, there seems to be some disconnect.

I feel the same. It seems institutes are unable to judge the difficulty level of the question paper correctly. Moreover, as you have mentioned, people are giving contradicting views on many answers but still predicting similar and elevated cut offs.
