@atulji also led 360 light lamps are being sold in the market

4.1k views
@Sedate but it says "may"

4.1k views
@HeNeArKr led lamp ?

3.6k views

it says LED lamp and not LED from a diode. plus virus can be grown in synthetic media https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/5760882/

plus  weight of the lid does not matter...read how pressure cooker works.

Are domestic maids also casual workers  ? Are they entitled for epf ?
5.4k views
@Pureheart i agree...but all coachings saying option 1 right

5.7k views
@babu_bisleri what if a casual worker is hired for one day and paid rs 25000 ? how is he entitled ?

6.3k views
@zombieland bhai what happened in ur interview ?

4k views
Never in the recent history, these many questions have been doubtful yaar
3.9k views
@prachimalik1121311 i used the same logic and so do pollution control boards of many countries.

5.1k views
upsc deletes or awards bonus to all in case of controversial questions ??
4.8k views

so what is the consesus on

1. epf

2. pressure cooker

3. copper smelter

4. virus culture

5.devi lal

5.3k views
anyone has any record that says devi lal contested from 3 constituencies ?
6.3k views

epf , cooker , copper smelter, virus culture and street light ...sm1 gimme a final answers to these so that i can move on in life :sob:

5.7k views
anyone filed representation on confusing questions yet ?
7.3k views
@Aurang_mirasudar can you tell how weight of the lid matters ? are casual workers crossing salary limit of epf entitled for epf ?

5.8k views
@bhuvanamalar1015412 do not be disheartened bro...i feel you..just that this year's paper was not tough or anything but UNFAIR...multiple options can be justified in many questions...UPSC will choose almost randomly one option as if it is not checking knowledge or hardwork, it is asking "batao hum paper setters ne kya socha" !!

3.6k views
@Hornbill i marked d too coz even small amount of co is lethal for humans...i counted it wrong though

3.7k views
@Jurgen_klopp question says artificially/synthetically....so answer should be D.

3.2k views
@assistant no it does not i think...seeti is removable...plus if that is taken as scientific reason that would mean increasing weight of the lid (without changing the weight of the seeti) will affect cooking temperature , which is not true.
4.6k views
there is no scientific reason for weight of the lid to matter on cooking temperature...though i have counted my answer as wrong.  weight of the whistle matters but it is not part of the lid.
3.1k views
@Aurang_mirasudar but in hindi also they wrote "ka bhaar" and not "par bhaar"

3k views
copper smelter was picked verbatim from a link someone pasted a while ago.
3.4k views
@Aurang_mirasudar so marking will be done as per their source and not on the actual question they gave ??

3.4k views
@Pam123 https://haz-map.com/Processes/119

3.3k views
@Aurang_mirasudar us debating wont change there answer anyway but here too co is released from copper smelters and it is lethal and question says MAY...i hope we both clear anyway

3.1k views
@Aurang_mirasudar how unfair is it if upsc is asking sahi answer mat batao beta ye batao hamare source me kya likha tha !!

3.1k views
@Shubz what do you think about epf ? how are all casual workers entitled ? coz income criteria is there and number of workers criteria is also there.

4.4k views
@GOT8 scientifically weight of the lid does not matter by any logic...baaki upsc will decide

3.4k views
@GOT8 hmm right...baaki they did not pick it up as it was there...that had 4 options...so they tweaked it...and if this is the standard of upsc question setting like copy paste without reading than god save as all...atb anyways.. peace

4.5k views
question setter deliberately mentions artificial/synthetic both words... so all must be correct...only an opinion though
3.3k views
@Strugglehard +1 i was crossing 110...got 95

@leftfaithinmyself i think our own research like books and internet etc. should be the source of marks calculation.

3.4k views
@leftfaithinmyself idk bro...we are on the same page except pressure cooker i eliminated weight of the lid

Article 14 means people should not be treated unequally in eyes of the law right ! But if the government imposes a draconian law (but without discrimination, oppresses everyone equally)..is it violation of 14 or sm other article? Can sm1 shed light..only for conceptual clarity

@atulji anyone ?

If a community having a permanent territory and a government is a state...do our Janjatees qualify as 'state' ?
3.5k views
 virus are cultivated in artificial medium .. aren't they ? The question deliberately mentions both words artificial and synthetic.. Otherwise how can we have vaccines? Good probability i m wrong...just asking for conceptual clarity..for next year may be.

4.4k views
@AtLightspeed person earning more than 15000 not entitled...also not entitled are workers working in an establishment with less than 20 workers...it is optional for them and done after only permission from labor commissioner.

3.6k views
15000 and 20 employess...other than these nobody is ENTITLED. it is optional.
6.6k views
@rawhull def in A includes tribal governments in forests as well..with that consideration i marked B as well...i counted it wrong too anyway.

2.9k views
@rawhull yes bro i said i am counting my answer as wrong...i only explained my thought process. A seemed sociological B seemed more political.

2.7k views
Afspa act gives excessive power to government...is it violation of article 14 ?
3.7k views
@BhallaRobert at 82.7 how hopeful are you? Bcz I am almost same as well...considering every doubtful wrong which in my case are cooker, epf, co smelter, state definition, federal,  14vs32 and virus culture.

3k views
@chikuiasbano smelting , co, virus , state and epf and mitochondria  aapka sahi ho jae agar toh i will send you a pizza..qki mera b ho jaega phir

2.7k views

@leftfaithinmyself bhai 32 sahi h...kehne do duniya ko jo bolti h.  i read a lawoctopus page about afspa...won't post here..log irritate honge.

3.2k views
article 14 is against class legislation..it is about discrimination. it is not about how much power acts of parliaments can give to govt.
3.2k views
@rawhull article 14 was mentioned because it said it is being applied to northeast only.

2.9k views
@Capedcrusader1 bhai if u r so confident about ur answers then chill..let us idiots indulge here...coz  u seem to know it all

@Stay_happy upsc ko jo dena ho de...factual toh yahi h

3.5k views
A will include adivasis, taliban , isis also...so i marked B. Counting it wrong though.
3.9k views
@Admgenalanezh andamani tribes and some other aboriginals...who are out of the mainstream. .totally isolated...they have there government as well... that was my thought process.

7.2k views
@javelinthrow is this your last attempt ?

4.2k views
They did give PY questions but not as it is...upsc tweaked it this time...they added Artificial word to virus question...similarly cooker options too had changed wordings. So likely answers may also change. Just an opinion
4.1k views

4.9k views
They added the word artificial for a reason i think.... else synthetic would suffice.
4.8k views
@Stay_happy https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/science.82.2128.353 .. D hoga correct...upsc may give it A or D idk... but correct is D.

4.2k views
iasbaba is generally accurate...so it will be around 88-92 only imo...may be plus minus 1-2 up and down but broadly same.
