[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021
Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Exams apart,it's really worrying that the Coronavirus is spreading in villages.Many of my nearby villages have got their first case.Read one tweet by Bihar's health officials:
Every one in four returning migrants from Delhi tested in Bihar for the novel coronavirus has been found positive, according to data released by the Bihar government. The state has tested 835 Delhi returnees, of which 218 or 26% have the infection.
“This was random sampling,” said Manoj Kumar who heads the state’s national health mission. “Symptoms were not taken into account while testing these people.”

in the early morning dream ....i saw upsc declaring 23 aug as the pre date.....centres can b re- filled in the next 30 days ..it is compulsory to fill home state......and those who are in quarantine period on 23 aug....for such candidates special rooms will be arranged at centre...
