Is Vice President part of Parliament??

I have this doubt as Article 79 mentions that President and two Houses constitute Parliament. Though he is Chairman of Rajya Sabha.

But he does not preside a joint session of two houses. Speaker —>Deputy Speaker —>Deputy Chairman.

Parliament comprises of the President and the two Houses - Rajya Sabha (Council of States) and Lok Sabha (House of the People) ONLY.

@Capedcrusader Just remember constitutional bodies and you don't need to remember each and every non-constitutional bodies. It would be enough to eliminate option in exam.
