What will be the answer for Finance Bill Question?
In Hindi it is given as वित्त विधेयक and Constitution in Hindi refers to Financial bills as वित्त विधेयक।

For the China irrigation question; almost all the coachings have referred Ashok Gulati's article but what is the original source of that data. Any inputs ?

According to this article (Vision IAS also cites this), data from both accelerometer and gyroscope is required to detect if the acceleration is meant for tilting (and therefore changing orientation). Therefore, accelerometer does play a role.
