Also, I think they just change the dates and the relevant information in notification without getting into the hassle of going through the entire doc again every year [this includes the syllabus as well - COPA 1986 continues to be a part of my optional syllabus. Commission has not taken the pain to change it to COPA 2019].
I just looked into the latest notification. I agree with you that they just change the dates.
if not results, atleast inteview process complete hone ke baad hi ho sakta hai, iske pehle to difficult hi hai.

They are also saying explicitly even if someone clears 2021 pre he wont be eligible to appear mains in case "appointed" all india services. Darr lag raha hai.. Achnk se admit cards aye to kya hoga..!!

Feel so alien seeing Youtube videos titled "Why I study 16 hours a day" and such featuring 9 sponsors for various apps and a whole legion of fans in the comments section. It's like we're searching for that same micromanagement that we used to get from parents but now through apps and the Internet in general.

With each passing day I realise I'd be in a much better place if only I had listened to theoutdatedadvice of my parents which seemed ill-suited to themodernworld.
