If temperature is high then Relative humidity is low.
Can anyone please explain the relation between RH and temp. In simpler terms? Thanks.
High temperature increases the capacity to hold moisture , whereas low temperature does the opposite and leads to condensation and later precipitation. PV =n RT wala formula I guess, everything else constant ,high temp high volume high water holding capacity, less RH
Can anybody tell with their experience in CSAT, how much time should we actually spend on the passages? I want to have a general idea.
Edit : I can complete some 12-15 passages in half n hour in exam like conditions - talking and stuff.
Tough paras nearly 3 minutes, easy ones less than 50 sec, medium ones around 110-130 sec. 50-55 mins in total on average
Continuously doing the passages becomes a bit monotonous and reduces speed too. Since in UPSC the passages are there in the paper continuously, I try to do a single passage (the one with 2-3 questions) and 2 if they are single questioned one. Then I do the non-comprehension (LR and maths) questions. Then automatically after a few questions, there will be passages. There I try to follow the sequence and solve the passage questions as long as I don't start feeling that my reading speed has slowed down. Once I think the monotony has started catching up, I skip the comprehension questions and do the subsequent LR and quant questions. Then again follow the sequence of question paper till comprehension again. Then skipping after monotony hits and proceed with other questions. Can anybody tell with their experience in CSAT, how much time should we actually spend on the passages? Thank you@D503 and@chamomile I am doing PYQ and I am dependent on LR and quants mostly and hence don't want to dedictate extra time on them.
You are right@chamomile . Your strategy is great considering I will be able to give sufficient time on quant, LR and passages within the first reading and would be able to give justice to each sections , because I have seen passages generally consume a lot of time which might lead me to panic mode after that and I might ruin chances in even those questions which I know.
@D503 That's a good breakup of time. I will try to reduce further time for long paragraphs by first reading questions and then finding answers.
