Who decides the disqualification of panchayat member?

Who decides the disqualification of panchayat member?

The general practice is that SEC decides such a case.

However, this is in no way an absolute standard. Different states have different panchayat acts, the procedure may be different in some states.  It is upto the state legislatures to legislate on matters related to Panchayats + disqualification of Panchayat member doesn't fall under the compulsory provisions mandated for panchayats under 73rd CAA.

Such questions won't/CANNOT be asked in the exam as there is no standard procedure.

Can anyone explain how recapitalisation bonds for PSBs work? And why are they not part of fiscal deficit?

TIA

@Param_Roy banks buys recap bonds =provides govt with money=govt uses the money to subscribe to the equity of banks;
banks now get back the money with which they bought bond( no outflow for banks ) , in turn they  have an asset in the form of govt bonds(on which they will get interest income)
govt, on the other hand, has bought equity on which they will get dividend from the banks and in turn are liable to pay interest on the bond
 both dividend and interest offset each other resulting in stability, therefore no deficit

First list was notified by the president.

Subsequent inclusion/exclusion by an act of parliament

Other points :

In case a list is sent by a state, it must be approved by NCSC/NCST

The Neolithic people were the first producer as agriculture was invented but they were certainly not the first animal keeper. The Mesolithic people were first to start the domestication of the animal. (Hence Statement 1 is disputable)

Neolithic people were acquainted with the potter's wheel. In fact, it is widely acknowledged now that the potter's the wheel was invented in 5000 BC.  The surplus production gave rise to the need of pottery for storage. (Hence Statement 2 is incorrect)

Mehargarh (of 7000 BC) was the earliest Neolithic site in India. Hence Neolithic age in India was late as compared to the Neolithic age of other parts of the world which started to appear around 12000 BC onwards. (Hence Statement 3 is incorrect)

Ultimately the most appropriate answer here is a) i.e. 1 only.
