i marked state ka B and tried my best wo sahi ho jaaye 😂😂. But then B is vague and a defn of ideal state… ab one can still be paranoid and say B is answer…

Yes. You can assume article 32 as the answer, you can mark B as the answer for the state, You can assume Satluj will be the answer. If it can secrete dopamine and make you "feel good", it's ok.
Those scoring above 100 and 105 will hope for the cutoff to be around 95, those scoring less than 90s will hope for the cutoff to be around 89, and so on. Life doesn't happen as per our hope though! (No matter how much you quote The Shawshank redemption dialogue)
So prepare for anything in the upcoming 5-6 days. Again saying, all between 80-100 are safe and unsafe at the same time.

@AureliusM article 32 isonly FR violation n its enfoecement. an excess of discretionary may not necessarily lead to FR violation. 14 is EPL. the enforcement of laws has to be right without excess of discretion as not everything is not everything is written inn law but its proper application and its protection is EPL ie 14. im no PSIR etc student. used common sense. excess of discretion cant be directly related to FR violation.

I am on forum since 2018 and every year after prelims I used to come and read all the comments to overcome anxiety and stress..... But let me tell you this year you all guys are making every second question as doubtful just to make your answer correct.....i cleared all my previous prelims after this year i started doubting my performance after reading your comments.... I can only say stick to the basics.
For e.g.
Ar32 comes to picture only after violation of FR...... But in question there is no mention of FR so it can be violation of legal right, natural, human right etc but not only FR so how Ar32??
I know this waiting period kills.... But stick to basics no need to explore and r
