Have to appear in 2022, did this as a mock, found the paper tough, too tough even had fever after the test🙈

Any suggestions for how not to flunk prelims 2022

Getting around 60

Scoring 112 in gs and surely going to fail in csat with 40 question (20-rc/20-quant) , last year gave mains , failed . I don't know what happened with me today while doing csat , not able to do  minimum questions . At 4 attempts over and failing in csat . Sometimes I think it's just not ur time to shine or may you are on different path that you are destined to . Upsc zua ho gya hai ab , aap kitna bhi padh loge , kaise bhi staregise kar loge it's just a random moment of your selection. At this moment I think is it worthy to give ur prime age , making all sacrifices and yet with empty hands . Upsc teaches a very basic thing preserverance , but is it required to lead a happy life , why would a labour do 12 hour work if he can get good food  with 6 hour work . Aren't we living in a fake world of showoff , self ego and rigidness . We all plan to exit from upsc  prep and dream it everyday  from day 1 but upsc doesn't leave you , either you are selected or you exhaust all your attempts wasting the most youthful years . My dad is in services , his one of  the upsc preparation days friend who was not selected in upsc now also remorse of it , he told me that whenever upsc result comes today also , something pinches in his deep heart , though he is  very  suceessful person , upsc doesn't leave us , when we fail it builts a mountain of rejection  . I don't want this mountain scare me all life with its desires . May be I am being pessimistic but I am pragmatic , guys don't run behind upsc in blind love , go for life not hell . If you are preparing don't sacrifice too much for upsc and at certain age and attempt enrich your employability , shed the high headness of becoming of an ias only , go for jobs that can feed you physically and mentally . Don't be a  puppet in this show of upsc , control it and shed it whenever you want , don't attach too much emotionally to it . 😊 .

2. know urself better, from that vantage point design ur prep, break any "rules" u don't care for

And why so less movement on forum this year? Either it was great shock (as was for me) or people just killed it.

I checked from Toppers Key and got a good enough score. Vajiram knocked of 20 marks from that.

I didn’t give the paper, because I hadn’t prepared in quite a while. That paper looks so heartless, man.😅 

I guess the most you can do is to do your basics well, keep a calm head while solving and hope for the best. Dedicated preparation for prelims seems quite futile in the present scenario tbh. 

Won't discuss much but found few blunders in answer key attaching some proof those claiming gdr to be part pf fdi
