Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

bhai one friend spoke to his optional teacher. He is scoring 102 clean. His sir told him he would pass for sure as people are scoring lesser than 2019. May be God shines his blessing on you as well.

@kobemamba AI is D. Let people say what they want it's D. Even if wireless transmission isn't marketable yet the poem thing is 1000% correct. My brother is an AI enthusiast and he literally told how AI does these functions. People are just trying to give themselves hope. I don't care about this question because this doesn't make or break my chances but you my friend don't bother with the noise and prepare for mains. It's D.
Guys, how reliable are ForumIAS and Shankar Keys? Getting 107.33 and 110 from these 2 keys respectively. But, if they`ve inflated my score by even 3-4 questions then I go right into the danger zone. I also have another exam in November and therefore undecided whether to prepare for Mains or not. Any kind soul willing to advice me regarding my future course of action, may do so. Thanks.
@chelseaboy Ansari sir also says a. It’s legality will not depend on any other provisions. We can just derive its justifiability in doubt. It has nothing to do with legality.
Edit: Also it’s very complex to think that much in exam. But UPSC is my baap of all. The wait holds till Nov 10

@a_rakesh10399 Guys they just sell their test series. Same thing happened in 2018. I purchased all the test series them. Finally found negative in upsc list.
Caution: everybody has played with all the above now. So no way going to be less than 98 99 . It can even reach 100. Don’t with the crowd
@chelseaboy it's 100% settled Ans is A. The preamble has no legality directly or indirectly. If you ask a law student, they'll tell you that 'legal effect' is linked to justiciability. Infact a question on DPSPs was asked before last year. That it could be a restriction on legislature (due to Art 37). But that was false and all these Preamble, DPSP, Fundamental Duties, etc are non-justiciable.
