[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

If one has the obc ncl certificate ...the form asks for authority name below the certificate..so should be write the name of the person or his position?

Environment Red book [PT Things ] for Prelims 2021

Which is the best pen for UPSC Mains?
