@farejul from where to collect id card for offline students of sfg??Or can we collect on the same day ie 22 dec on first test?? Clarify this

Sir i qualify the sfg level entrance test held on 16 november 2025 and I paid for the rlg online mode on 28 November 2025.. but still there is no update in my courses section in both forums ias app and forum ias portal.. last week i referred to the admin email id they told that it will update in 24 hours after sending the screenshot of payment receipt.. but still there is no update in my my courses section.. so what should I do ??

To attempt the test from ForumIAS Website:
1.Visit to official website of ForumIAS https://academy.forumias.com/
2.Login into portal with your registered Email ID or Mobile Number.
3.Click on “Take me to Academy”
4.Click on “My Profile”
5.Click on “My Courses”
6.Click on “Click Here to view Courses”.
7.Click on “Prelims Test Series”.
8.Click on “SFG 2026 Level-1 | Entrance Test-2” Click on “Start”
9.You will find the tests as per your schedule and you can attempt accordingly.

I have enrolled for sfg entrance test offline at patna centre,but it's saying user not found..
How to get hall ticket?
I have registered for 14th Dec SFG entrance test in offline mode(Delhi). But due to some unavoidable circumstances, I won't be able to attempt the test in offline mode. So, can I attempt the test online?
