[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Kindly look at the context of whole para where this statement is written.
It is only for public block chain not for pvt permissioned BC.
Further there are sector like crypto currency whose basic applications can not be developed in india w/o permission. Likewise there are several regulated sector.
Rest upsc verdict will prevail :)

@Tombolo let's disprove it by negation. Do you need permission to develop any application based on blockchain? No. It is applicable to private blockchains only. Hence statement 3 is incorrect.

@Aurang_mirasudar reconsider the passage of economic freedom. The 2nd part says when govt decides to tax the higher income of educated individuals at higher rate it makes little sense to invest in education. Also in first part it says whenever lower tax rate it makes sense to invest in education. Don't you think answer 1 has to be in the answer. 

In malnutrition passage no mention of pds as such and union govt in the passage, also second option girls should delay marriage and 1st pregnancy is nowhere talked about in passage so 1and 2 not be in the answer

No need to live on false hopes. Blockchain is 1n3.you don't need permission, for example to make wallet of a cryptocurrency. Neither you need permission to develop cryptokitties on it

@Carpediem  I'm sorry. I have misread it, to develop an application, you don't need permission. To participate in private blockchains , you need permission. However you can create an application with private blockchain without permission. Hence statement 3 is correct.

by going through discussion I think UPSC has to review each and every question and every statement of question.... our effort is useless UPSC will give only that answer which he thinks appropriate and correct....If they want to make Process transparent they release answer key first thn askd for objection.....Due to this our burden increased a lot....we don't knw that whether we are raising objection on right answer or on wrong answer...It's a very nonsense process
