Bhai ye marks predict krne ka talent kuch logo m hi hota h . Unfortunately m unme se nhi hu .but mains clear ho jayega atleast ye lga tha .

I personally think geography jo 100 marks ka hota hai use ignore kiya tha Maine , esp prelims ke baad.. society ka to answer kaise likha jaye yahi Mayne rakhta hai …nahi to content me sab kuch na kuch pel dete hai decent reading ke baad.

just out of curiosity i checked last UR IAS 2020
its rank 78 with general category in service allocation pdf i retrieved from a website.
in the marks allocation the the rank 78 is OBC.
my doubt is: has the OBC candidate taken UR seat?
im confused here
ive checked some toppers of categories other than ur as well in both lists. the category mentioned has not changed in both lists. is it just an error?

RaGa,@Capedcrusader1 does that not happen always in all exams? I mean for example, there are 70 IAS UR posts and a SC candidate gets AIR 10. In final allocation list, they’ll be counted among the 70 UR because it’s unreserved, not really for ‘general’ students as we like to say.That’s what I thought happens… correct me if I’m wrong.
Here i don't understand one thing, suppose someone with rank 76 belongs to sc category, so he cleared in UR , right?
In cadre allocation would he be alloted acc to those that remain under UR after allocation to all the 75 above him? Or will he be allocated according to cadre available in category ?
if a person of any category clears the cutoff of UR , the that person (category person) takes away UR seat.
however if a person is unable to clear ur cutoff, they will get the same post in their category (if they clear the category cutoff)
if rank 15 has 1021 marks and cleared ur IAS cutoff, then they take ur seat. however the category mentioned is still their own in service allocation
this has not happened in 78th rank. why? why has category itself changed? is this a minor typo error?
