Point to note is - left ecosystem k part hone k baad bhi he rejects the argument that islamic ideas gave birth to the bhakti movement.
Both bhakti n sufi elements interacted with each other long before arrival of the Turkish invaders . Nd after establishment of the Delhi sultanate such interaction got a boost .
But to say that Sufism or Islam had anything to do with the birth of bhakti movement is quite problematic.

these coincided with the IDEAS OF EQUALITY AND BROTHERHOOD being preached by sufi saints. people no longer satisfied with old religion, wanted to satisfy reason. due to these factors bhakti MOVEMENT became a popular movement in north india during 15-16th CE..."
-my understanding: pehli cheej. islam and sufism is not same. though sufism is not a new religion, it itself came in response to an oppresive islam. i can show the source of this its just few pages back.
-the teacher has said these words: "..due to islam in india, there were 3 good concepts which made the religion attractive. due to these 3 attractive qualities of islam, people began to CONVERT TO ISLAM. in order to stop this, they introduced a reform MOVEMENT (glad she said that its a movement, ncert me kahin cult nai dia h).
so my conclusion is: concocted tareeke se cheej ko batane ki koshish ki gayi hai.
-there is a difference between tackling a threat in ones religion by reforming it (main reason) vs ushering in of a movement (or a cult if you will), because you find 3 qualities of ISLAM attractive (which by the way is itself reformed to sufism) , a not such a main reason as claimed.

bhai maine ncert old wali padhi hai. kahin bhi wo sab nai mila muje. main fir padh lunga. bhakti movement jahan hai wahan ye sab nai likha hai. so mere lie ncert hi source hai. aur sabke lie wahi h. ab khoj khoj ke kuch bhi le ao aur use authentic bologe toh dusri taraf ke bolenge ki galat hai, toh ye chalta rahega.
