Bhaktiyar khilji ke baare me padha, he burnt down Nalanda in 1200 ce, obviously reason was to scare the population into submission and destroy the intellectual resistance.

Now the point where Bhaktiyar khilji is relevant here is Siege of Baghdad 1259, if u read it you will know that it is end of Islamic golden age, Islamic literature ka hub Baghdad me tha, Mongols burnt down the library which continued for many days( just like Nalanda), this apart from killing of entire Baghdad population,killing of Caliph by trampling horses over him. 

This when Mongols wre yet to accept Islamic faith btw.

The point iam trying to make is, RW Wale usually try to draw conclusions based on some historical facts for which they try and draw a historical responsibility of present day Muslim population in the subcontinent.

We all draw conclusions according to what suits our logic, above mentioned sari batein facts hai 

To agar:

1. Ye kaha jaye ki battle tactics like killing entire towns and cities were common in that time, can it be said to be correct? Is this perspective modern one or medieval one?

2. Do Persian and central Asian population still abhor their Mongol history?

Main kisi ki side nahi le raha hu, bas ye bata raha hu history ko apne tarike se interpret karke samjhane Wale bohot authors milenge, lekin as said ki apne ko bhi ye dekhna hai ki which one seems more credible.

So in baghdad is there any prominent place named after Genghis khan like bakhitiyarpur station in Bihar?
