The first statement is asking about Governement of India Act 1909..there is no such act..it should be Indian Councils Act 1909. Anyways dyarchy was not mentioned in that act.So 1st statement incorrect.

The Portfolio system was introduced into India by Lord Canning in 1859.The Act of 1861 gave a legal sanctity to Portfolio sysytem.Hence second statement is Incorrect.

The third statement. My fault indeed. Got confused between act of 1813 and 1833. So the statement is incorrect.

Theforth statement is obviously incorrect.

So the overall question needs to et cancenled as all of the statements are incorrect as question is asking to identify incorrect statement and all of them are incorrect.

Yes B is the crct answer for #4.

DOCHALA also known as ek bangla and CHAUCHALA( 4 caves) are temple architecture style from Bengla which have Curved roof.

Diff b/w both is

Dochala= curved roof with 2 sloping sides.

Chauchala=Curved roof with 4 triangular segments.

@Patrick_jane Yeah the wording is wrong in the book itself. The Act provided (not introduced) for the decentralization of business. It gave legal permission to the Portfolio system introduced into India by Canning in 1859. Butanyways remember that the Act never introduced the Portfolio system.
