Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

I can feel the Prelims heat on! Need to be calm for the next 35 days.
@Infinitybeyondinfinity Same as@Villanelle said. Saving time on easy questions to trade-off with tough questions. Plus in long statements, I try to read those statements which are in max options, so that eliminating them will help in coming to the answer easily.
Speed up the reading speed though as if not GS, will be difficult in reading long RCs of CSAT. All the best bro!
Couldn’t find time to compile CA and do PYQs, medieval is half done , rest is done.
I scored 80 in FLT today. According to my accuracy and calculations I could have scored ~118 in today’s test. I wasn’t able to manage time while attempting and this is a serious issue. Any tips or tricks that you guys could suggest so that I can attempt questions well in time?
Somethings which helped me were
1. Having a clear head, taaki re-reading required is minimal
2. Solving with a pen in hand, underlining/encircling the keywords, correct/not correct (helps with silly mistakes)
3. Revising basic books more and more so that time spent on static/straight from book questions is minimised. This time can be spent on other tricky questions.
4. Not overthinking (this is hard). Most often than not, that first instance gut feel is right.
5. Solving paper more or less in one go. Leaving just 10-15 questions for review in 2nd round.
Perfect!

Targets for September 3, 2021
1) medieval history questions
2)CSAT PYQs analysis
3) FLT- 1 (ques 1-50) revise
That’s it. Yes, you guys are right. I wasted time in re- reading the questions. And I think that can be reduced by repeated revisions only.
Have a good day ☀️
Although I was able to do most of what was planned but I wasted slot 2 time in the morning. After wasting 2 hours just sitting idly on the table I put in another 2 hours to strategise about upcoming exam and what would be further course of action after 12th sept. Overall, not a good day productivity wise.
Done for the day, put in 10+ hours according to YPT but I know that all those hours weren’t productive. I could have done slightly better considering my sitting time.
Targets achieved:
Ancient india- revision till satvahana
Modern india- 1885- khilafat
science and tech- (almost completed it)
CSAT
Sept 2020 C/A revision
Mapping- West Asia
Didnt do PYQs or test as I had planned originally. Oh well
I didn't sleep much last night. That resulted in me being distracted, tired and sleepy throughout the day. So while I sat for a decent amount of time, I couldn't do even half of what I usually do.
Targets:
Modern History (75% done)
CA 50% done
Newspaper not done
PYQs not done
I'm stopping earlier than usual and going to bed in the hope that I wake up refreshed tomorrow.
