Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Targets for 21/10/21 (such a palindrome) -- writing before sleeping so that I don't waste time yesterday.
- Anthro answer writing(Priority)
- Current affairs as much as possible
- If time permits, finish post independence
- Wrote four answers, will brainstorm some more before sleeping
- WAtched some july 2021 current affairs
- Finished.. jitni izzat deni thi de di.. will solve pyqs and mocks now.
Watched Neyawn's video in the evening. Made me realise how ill-prepared I am for mains 2021.. Jo haalat abhi hai, usmei toh 280 bhi mushkil hai... 450 toh bahut dur ki baat hai.. :(
Demotivated AF.. considering the fact that even if I sit for 12 hours in a day there will always be something or the other unfinished in my to-do list...
What else did I expect??????Which video?
It was a live session on answer writing. Neyawn also showed topper's mock copies to give us an idea of how people score ~ 450 in gs.
It was not recorded and hence you won't be able to see it now.

Oh well then… I hope they do find a way to upload it somewhere
Good morning guys. After a pathetic week, I am back, hoping to finish the targets for today to the best of my ability.
Targets for 18/10/21
- Anthro-final revision topic 4 paper 2
- World history (2/3)
- Current affairs of may 2021
- Only target 1 completed to the best of my ability.
- Half hearted, not because of lack of dedication but because anthro sucked up entire day.
- Not done.
I never thought I would say this, but I have realized now that I will have to study for more than 10-11 hours every damn day till 7th January, if I want to clear mains.
I had made such a fool proof strategy. Turn out it was not fool proof at all.. So many backlogs already within a few days..
So many subjects that I have to read for the first time.. I am so ill-prepared for mains 2021.
Only a miracle can help me.. I just hope at the end of these 80 days I have some sanity left in me..
No , not a miracle. What you need is focus. Make a list of topics and prepare them. Take mock papers of last year and prepare static from there, make a question bank.
Trust me, the “vini vedi vici” people you see do this.

Well, honestly, I have slacked since the last ten days without much ado. A week was probably a necessity but rest was simply indulgence.
Time to stop ignoring the prelims tamasha and set eyes on the mains gambit. So here are some pointers for self:
1. Deadline for mains coursework completion - 31st December
2. Handwriting issues - emphasise on neatness rather than beauty (probably a sound life advice across other spectrums as well)
3. Answer writing - start writing short-hand notes first and after 25th begin with the paper writing, don’t be afraid to not know or know less. There is scope for “aggressive expansion”.
Target Today :
1. Ethics content building
2. Optional paper 2 ( sectional revision)
3. GS Paper 1 (commence geography)
4. निबंध लेखन (in 60 minutes with overarching emphasis on neatness and correct spellings)
Shaky start yesterday, need to up the ante mostly.
22/10
1. Optional paper
2. Ethics
3. Write an essay
Today's Target
1. Optional section completion
2. Ethics lookout
3. Gs 1

Let’s get this bread!
P.S. i realised that even though I had real life issues to deal with I couldn’t let them take over my prep, here’s to getting back in the groove
Yesterday gave GS test + some bit of Society + some pending Maths. Couldn't do newspaper.
Today's targets:
1) Geography (day 1/2)
2) Real Analysis (day 1/3)
3) Newspaper (yesterday and today)
4) Watch session on answer writing by Neyawn
5) If time permits, revise some pending CA
Yesterday what I managed to do
1) 50% of planned (spent a lot of time analysing PYQs + trying to find an adequate source. Couldn't do much of a proper study)
2) 75% of planned.
3) 50% done
4) Watched
5) Not done
All in all, I took way more time than I thought I would. So today putting manageable targets only
