Wow so much empathy is making my heart melt. If you are gasping for breath just come and write the damn Papers on time or play the Russian roulette of prelims next year for all we care. There fixed it. I can barely complete my paper even if I pump my lungs with oxygen and they expect you to actually have a fighting chance while you are feeling breathless.
They should have just remained silent. Like they always do.
This point should be raised in PIL. They are accepting the issue but Since it's not their life ,they are totally neglecting students concern.

I was just looking for this, and couldn’t find it anywhere. So much ambiguity. :/

that "etc" after safety protocols is so telling. it is the way i write in mains when i don't have much to write
