@qwerty111111 How are your problems get solved by civil servants making quick bucks? It is not like he would give his money to a weak person. You are against the strong person taking advantage of the system and still supports civil servants being corrupt?
Strong person is not taking the advantage of the system, the system has itself a bias towards the strong.Jats -a strong group-are protesting on public property. They have built structures on public property. Now,consider that bihari migrants in the same numbers doing the same.Everybody knows that the system will have different responses.System chhodo, udhar ke resident hi thik kar denge. Can an IAS change it?Can a minister change it?Who is the strong person now?Already kitne IAS,IPS,software engineer bane hue hai whose parents earned crores by corruption but now want honesty from others.Who writes these PSC,CGL,UPSC...the middle and lower class. The upper class knows that the system will always favour them.
@thesleepyhead Yeah, you hide blue lays from your little brother. As a younger brother, good luck finding them again.
This is a giant conspiracy as I haven't found them yet.
You start with little. And cannot stop there after. Spare me for my crude words - fir koi bhi aake apki leke jayega. IAS jaise hame lagta hai.. Har situation mein utna powerful nahi hota. Asli power sirf integrity ke sath hi mehsus kar paoge. Warna all you will become is a pliant officer. The fall of institutions which we are witnessing now - ek din mein nahi hua. These people practiced being pliant for years, and today have blood on their hands. Will they be able to live with themselves. And even if they do, they would have lost their 'selves'. You have got one life and you sure dont want to end up like this. r
Crises of conscience. Yeh bahut bhayanak bimari hai, jiski koi dawa nahi.
Giving an example - A friend's experience
Ek govt contract site pe workers were residing in inhuman condition. Monsoon time - spreading diseases, still the contractor didn't do a bit for them. The contractor wants to save as much money as he can, if not he cannot make profit. Gave huge bribes to secure the contract. Imagine you were the officer awarding contract in this case. you will not see the worker condition with your eyes, but are you not responsible for their plight?
Roof over your head, medical aid, good education for your children and kuch comfort isse jyada paise ka kya karoge.
Yes corruption is a reality. Just had a chat over this issue with a friend in services. The person admitted 75% ppl enter services with such intentions.
