Was consistently scoring 115+ in FLTs (GS SCORE OPEN, VISION 26, 27, 28, Edukemy open, onlyias open, ABHYAS 1). Complacency crept in. Decided to attempt the Additional FLT of ABHYAAS (vision). And Boom.Scored a meagre 80.Saw average marks (105). Discussed with friends - everyone got105 +.
May be i didn't focus well (over confident) or i simply didn't know stuff. But this setback was good enough to bring me back from the comforts of my couch. Lesson learnt.

Will try not to relax or become complacent anymore as we enter the final 30 days of this prolonged prelims battle ! When the Prelims cutoff prediction thread does become active at around 5.00 PM on 4th of October, I hope to happily type in my score and contribute, rather than sobbing/crying/ boozing. or contemplating giving up.

So I see the screen and then I have a rough notebook set timer and start scribbling. Woh 91 jaise battukam hai den telangana andhra too associated hai 9 days toh Durga maa related meaning too is related to maa and flowers ka stack that has medicinal herbal sort of. I assess myself like this. To I jot it down as quick as I can for my brain to process and connect the dots. If I see options test series mein it makes me over confident that bruuh yeh toh hai but already sirf ek word se I known it's branches toh it helps me.

Saw a similar thing in an Ias BABA video months ago, tried incorporating but found it too cumbersome.
Dora-the_Explorer,CRISPRCas93rd and 4th Sept update: 70% economy revision done. Would have finished the whole thing but had to help my mother with online training so half day went in that. Couldn't do anything else.
Hoping to finish economy tomorrow and then all its test papers revision by day after tomorrow. Hopefully other subjects won't take this much time.
Target for 5th Sept 2020:
1.) Complete Economy revision.
2.) PYQs of remaining sections of Economy.
3.) Will decide what else to do tomorrow as per availability of time.
There's so much disturbance at home that's why i'm going too slow. But hoping to finish all subjects' static and current revision by 25th Sept.
Ha it's kind of cubersome . Preparing those question sheet it is. But then I do it for mind to be actively link me to one point to another. Quickly give me references when I solve some new question.I started this in April post some bad experience. So all my frustration disappointment were channelised into this approach so it became my habit. It will not work for many. Because my friends abandoned me and shifted to other approach and I was the only one following this. I just want to see how it reflects on final day.
Ps although I do follow that platform but may be I missed it 🥺

By the way guys i have one doubt if anyone could help: is it necessary to cover mrunal's lectures or his handouts for pre bcz i asked on telegram and people were like ki you must do mrunal at all costs etc? I tried doing it but i felt too much info overload. Previously i did ncerts, shankar ganesh key concepts, newspaper, survey and budget and vivek singh eco 500 questions and trying to revise the same but sometimes here and there i feel little troubled so thought of picking up mrunal but it is only giving me headache. so please suggest me if i should do it now when time is so less? or i should focus on my previous sources only and will they be sufficient for pre ?
The source you mentioned is good enough dont go for mrunal now and re revise that source only and have faith on them
No doubt Mrunal is good but its contain hell lots of info this is the reason the content is 600 pages coz he covered each and every thing (some time unnecessary too)
I am also doing Mrunal but selective
Okay thanks a lot for your response. You are right. Now i'm revising the sources i covered previously and that too is taking good amount of time. so not thinking about mrunal or anything else now.

- Schemes (3-4 ministries/day)
- History facts (1 era/day)
- Test revision (4-5 tests/day)
- CA revision

A little aggressive targets today but I am hopeful of finishing at least 75%. Because if not now, then when?
I did nothing today. Very frustrated with myself.
Starting this here now. I need a system of accountability. I have wasted almost the last three months slogging at work and now shit has officially hit the fan and I need to pull up my socks. I really really need your prayers everyone.

- Finish CA Feb 2020 to July 2020
- Squeeze in a thematic modern history test if possible
Seems extensive but must be covered.
