@Qoqo what are you doing for this??? I am a night owl myself and i desperately tried to change my schedule in mid August till early September but i failed miserably and wasted many precious days..

@Soul I don’t do anything for it, to be honest. I don’t even bother much with it, except that I’m reading something between the 9 to 12 am session. My mother is more serious about my circadian rhythm, she’s even gone to see my centre and calculated the time I’ll have to wake up. 😂Just let someone else wake you up early or put an alarm and then stay awake the whole day, you’ll automatically want to sleep early 3 days into it.
