Communal electorate for Anglo Indians was introduced by goi act 1919?
An Indian express article says the term Anglo Indians was first used in GOI Act 1935.

This article also says it provided for separate electorate for Muslims. But we all know that was first introduced in 1909.
My doubt being - were Anglo Indians first given the separate electorate in 1919 (as given in lakshmikant) or is it in 1935 as the article says.

I think No. Because when the joint sitting of parliament happens, Vice prez is not a member of it, which can mean he is not.

The statement talks about NBFCs to do banking. Now NBFCs are private entities who may or may not choose to lend their services to the hitherto underserved or unserved sectors of the society.. So, we can not say that if we let nbfc to do banking, then it will lead to inclusive development..

Guaranteeing NBFC to do banking does not mean they are going to serve the under-served people, while all other clearly are going to benefit people.

I guess not. Since you're including the upper house in parliament, it automatically assumes the RS chairperson as its part.

I think here its about the post capacity. If question mentions the post VP - then he isnt the part of parliament. But when it specifically mentions chairman of RS - then he is a part of parliament.
The official website also mentions these two to be completely different and separate postings.
