In a question like this, where I know nothing about it, statement 4 appears general to me so I can consider it to be right, whereas in statement 1, I become apprehensive of it since they have used the word ‘substantial’. (I mean kitna hi save ho sakta h!) but then this website says answer is c 🤷🏻‍♀️. How to handle a question like this?@Neyawn ?

Just 3 clarifications

1. Habitat Rights to PVTG are granted by Tribal Affairs ministry under FRA,  irrespective of anywhere they are...inside a national park, WS or tiger reserve?

2. Home Affairs ministry decides categorization of PVTG?

3. Critical Tiger Habitat is defined under WPA while Critical Wildlife Habitat is defined under FRA. Whats the implication of this statement?

@Infinitybeyondinfinity read statement 2 and 3. It is logical to have success rate of multiple buds higher than single bud. That's how I arrived at C.

Wrt 3rd statement -

Critical tiger habitat - declared under WPA - CTH is Part of tiger reserves-  In consultation with subject experts (no gram sabha role)  - mainly focusing on tiger conservation.

Critical wildlife habitat- under FRA - CWLH is a Part of WLS Or NP - mandatory consultation with gram sabha and affected people required - focused on wildlife conservation (not only tigers)

Forest rights for habitation/livelihood not allowed in CTH. But the recent issue was Mankidias of Simlipal TR - collect siali from the CTH region of the TR. now that right is being denied to them under the WPA.

It's an issue of overlapping of rights provided under FRA and what WPA says I think.
