@Neyawn Thanks for the info sir :). I wrote this year IFoS Mains but didn't prepare Geology as I was unable to. Will go through Agriculture Engineering syllabus & above blog based on your response. Do mention if there is anything else regarding this optional.
Please speak to other co aspirants as well. I am merely passing on what has been consistently said to me through the years.
I have personally been scared of something like agricultural engineering - which I feel
must be having degree level maths. But the issue is that the people who have recommended it are not IITians . I had a feeling earlier that IIT people had done plus two maths very well and therefore they are saying it’s scoring. But then I did encounter a lot of tier 2 and 3 college students who very confidently said the same.
( My unsaid response : fear has been - to do that subject at least we need to know differentiation integration of plus two level ( my assumption ). )
i have a degree in agriculture engineering. trust me it is not that tough. each year one of my senior is in interview or have qualified.
definitely would score better if i get the chance to write forest mains.....
any advice to get 130+ in prelims would be a lot of help.
