Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread

all arguments proposed here have some basis..but it may work in some case and it may not as well..at the end its checkers discretion..jisko pages filled pasand hai he wl mark it better..n jisko content pasand hai he will do so..

I mean all people do here is sell there propaganda,writing pages of answers for an exam gone past a month ago.

Let's start discussing....put any question...

Not sure what went by here, but I am guessing someone said I wrote pretty answers for Mains, and others said it was not realistic to do so in the exam.

The last time we had this situation was in 2013, when a certain crazyphoton, said the same and was reprimanded by the group.

He put up mails asking his posts to be deleted. Even called for data export policy. The guy got Rank 1.

The answer quality of some people may be superior, and older people / people with wide reading are likely to do better at the Mains Paper that we had this year.

However, people may write better answers on the forum and not so in the exam because there is no exam pressure and (b) you don't have to solve all twenty questions. Plus they also benefit from afterthought on the questions.

So let us not get into a warrning mode over here. Besides those who write fancy answers, may scare other people, but add meaningfully to the discussion, don't they?

Skill, knowledge and attitude which is most important according to you for leadership?

@Yes_I_am_inwe don't have the benefit of hindsight & the luxury of internet not to mention time-3 days to brainstorm & answer a 3 hr paper...reference ke liye share kara tha maine.. i find it intimidating as well

But if u write in verbatim what is written in their model answer surely u won't qualify...
