Fuhrer ne bhi bola tha.

Isn't the whole point of having a Tribunal a way to ensure "speedy and efficient delivery of justice"? Aren't tribunals not supposed to be bound by rules of procedure but instead be "guided by the principles of natural justice"? Judicial apathy and delays were the reason tribunals were established. Why have they fallen prey to the same shortcomings they were designed to avoid?

@Andromedabecause fuhrer said it. Believe it or not, he's the most credible insider till date. When results are prepared, he puts a dot and when they're going to get released from IT section of upsc he wish all the best to everyone. That fake pdf scenario began after fuhrer gave information about the result, jobless attention seekers have nothing else to do.

@harsh12345upsc foresaw tribunal things thus asked question on inefficiency of tribunals.

who was giving legal inputs to upsc. Wasn't it possible to release results with candidature of petitioners being contingent on court order. Atleast we would have been spared this massive torment.

@John_TitorThis is what petitioners had argued for. But, the counsel of UPSC was adamant that result can only be declared after final order.

@TETRACYCLINEif you wish to attempt Pre 2020, just remember how less time is left for it. Or even if you clear mains, there will be very little time for interviews. Isliye start studying asap. Newspaper to start Kar hi do atleast achhe se along with going through optional.

Have you guys started studying ? Which part are you focusing on right now ?

bda bura lgrha abhi paper pdhte rhna chahiye tha 100 days ka backlog hoagya i won't think ki ye hopyega

@TETRACYCLINEnewspaper na padhne ka regret chhodo ab. Make a fresh start from tomorrow and gradually cover past days ke newspaper. It's always better to do something than do nothing.

@Shubzsame here bhai...uppcs mains diya uppcs prelims diya aur shayad April mein uppcs mains phirse du...lekin dil aur dimag upsc mein hi lga pada hai...koi strategy hi nahi ban paa rahi result ke wait mein....bas newspaper cover kiya ab tak uppcs mains ke baad se...

@TeddyWestsidebhai 128 ban rahe hai...cutoff bacche increased seats(450+) ke basis pe 115 se 120 bol rahe hai....baaki dekho revised answer key se kitna difference aata hai...
