Wow. This is really shitty. I think UPSC should have been more prompt earlier. Should have asked for preponement earlier in Nov-Dec. Friggin stupidity! So much for citizen charter and stuff. No commitment to punctuality whatsoever.

@BulbulSendon't feel sad man. time moves in spirals. so that our future happiness will erase out our present misery. can even make it beautiful in retrospect.

by the way, i really recommend you to watch 'after life' by ricky gervais. a mini-series of 6 episodes each 30 minutes. funny, sweet, heartbreaking and overall very uplifting.

@majormiketangoCAT like any other court had winter vacations from 23rd to 31st December. Our result work was completed on 18th December. Upsc is trying its level best to declare results as soon as possible, it's just the final verdict thing which is taking time. Don't know how much more we have to suffer, but it's the government and not upsc which is at fault now.

@BulbulSenBhai, stay strong. Just keep one thing in mind that you're not alone, all of us are going through a tough phase.

No point in panicking fellas!
We knew this journey wasn’t easy and this is just another dimension of difficulty that we didn’t expect to encounter!
This case makes me think about deontology,teleology,ethical egoism though!

My only fear is how long would I be able to sustain the energy and inspiration to study(which has already subsidised a lot), result(good or bad) will give the necessary push, lest it gets so delayed that I fall short of time.

@Reality-transurferexactly yehi problem hai....but kare to kya kare ghoom phirke dimag yehi jaata hai...mein to kisi party yaa mall mein jaata hun to logon ko itna khush dekhke depressed ho jata hun....phir wahi overthinking start ho jaata hai....aisa lagta hai ek vicious cycle mein fas gya hun...phir kuch movies dekhta hun like invincible,October sky,etc to thodi inspiration aati hai but kuch din baad wo hi overthinking shru ho jaati hai....hope this year my cycle ends...jai bajrang bali...

@Katsumotoye thinking rokne ke liye mains ke baad uppsc mains dia,rbi grade b dia,uppsc prelims dia,ab mppsc prelims dunga sunday ko....bt dhyan toh upsc mains pr hi atka hua hai

Bro I would recommend meditation to you. It's certainly not a magic cure to your problems but it can make you capable enough to deal with problems in future. Life will always present difficulties and the best we can do is train ourselves to handle them. You can PM me if you wish to know more about it. Cheers

i would like to tell you that i had to wait 6 months for my neet pg results due to neet vs private medical college case
i had appeared in exam on 6 th dec 12 and results were declared in july normally its declared in jan last week
in that period almost more than a month delay was due to summer vacation of sc
we used to always check the case status and its waste of time
the message is upsc though not a very efficient but is the most efficient gov organisation
at least its purting efforts to declare it as soon as possible
so stop chrcking case status
refresh your mind
we are very close to result day have patience

dusra conclusion ye hai ki judiciary is not very sensitive and proactive isko koi matlb nhi logo ka kya horha
apni gati se hi kam krenge its one of the most inefficient and opaque organisation itself
crores of cases are pending for yrs but they will take summer leave of 45 days

18 results were prepared?I don't mean to discourage anyone
because that fake/leaked PDF came out on 18/19th
December.
