Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@DKTno problem, all the best for result
@RaillifeI read the Hindu and take screenshots which are listed datewise in my mobile.later while reading the vision ca of a particular month,I just glance through the screenshots for topics not covered by vision and use a sticky note on the magazine.reading daily news just makes the process of revising from booklet easier.dont try to learn just read...it will get etched in ur memory gradually.
2016 prelims marksheet score....
Good that some people are so sure of their success.i on the other hand have never been.after the 2019 mains exam Was over ,my father said ,"do u see how other candidates come out of the exam Hall,laughing ,all happy and u come with such a dejected look as if returning from a funeral.besides I have a history of bad performance in exams I was super confident about getting good marks in and doing good in those where I came back crying!

Notes banane me pura time chala jaata hai,sirf padke lagta hau ki kuch yaad toh rehne wala hai nhi,kya kare fir?
dont spend too much time on current affairs. google the headings given in syllabus and prepare them out of vision value added, books, internet etc . A lot of us ignore the syllabus and waste our time in CA hunting. for ex you would be spending a lot of time on economy current affairs but the syllabus gives clearly headings like Land reforms, LPG, crop pattern, irrigation, Infra(Niti new india report) ...all of this is static to a great extent. Actually there are only few questions that are entirely dependent on currant affairs.
unless your optional is like psir where current affair cant be ignored, vision booklets are more than sufficient. If you feel like making notes for mental satisfaction just select 3 editorials everyday and jot down imp points
@RaillifeReading newspaper must be a habit and not a ritual!
Most of hindu,express whatever you read is filled with agenda articles!
One day a BJP guy praises PMJY and next day a Congressman or a Communist bashes it left right!
Rarely you get good editorials!
So just glance it everyday,if you find anything good,go to the website,copy paste it into your evernote!
Making notes is futuile!Trust me I have done this and found it hardly useful.You will end up with literally 400-500 pages of stuff in unorganised manner at the end to revise instead of which you can rely on vision/shankar/insights which will be well organised and written
@hirockyrocks7101it's around, 30 not 8.
@Ms-dhoniStill, cutoff for all other categories would not be affected.
@hirockyrocks7101ur can be affected.
@Shubzbhai discuss forumias pe ek group hai uppcs ka usme baccho ne daala hai...kaafi reliable source hai pehle bhi shai hui hai unki information....waise aapke bhi chance acche hai...baaki dekho bhai Feb tak aa jana chahiye result agar mains April mein hi hona hai to...
@Ms-dhonithat's what I've said earlier, either UR or EWS. It seems next week hi ayega result.
Meri gut feeling jyadatar sahi hoti hai......mujhe lagta hai result 14 january ko noon me Aayega
@hirockyrocks7101If 8 ews candidates are included, then the other 300 odd ews candidates who were rejected on the basis that they weren't able to produce timely certificates will also demand entry.
@hirockyrocks7101hopefully. Agar judge aa gya toh.
@AzadHindFauzAny Update Bhai?
@K_9are these 300 EWS candidates who wrote mains?
