If there are contradictions in two laws, which one of them would prevail? A SC bench yesterday observed that "in event of clash, RERA must give way to IBC."

Brother ! RERA has higher element of Financial Creditors than Operational Creditors. SC justified it's earlier stand of placing FC over OC.. Moreover, IBC has option of AMC Route backed by AIF, which is far fetched possibility for RERA.

If u want peace of mind log out of forum,telegram etc. as rumour market is hot.Just believe upsc website.
Telegram people r saying that mains will be conducted again(shows the credibility of telegram).
I m switching of my net and will only check upsc website post 10 pm.
