Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

They have opened a can of worms! Candidates who have certificates issued between 31.07.2019 to the due date are aggrieved as UPSC did not allow them to submit their certificates. What sense does it make to extend the deadline and not allow for the submission of certificates?
There would be candidates whose candidature would have been canceled if their certificates would have been issues between 31st July to the due date and not cleared under General.
Agar koi aggrieved parties hain toh turant court ko jaana chahiye.
@ShubzYep, argument was to include certificates till the final stage of exam.
That would have opened floodgates to say the least.
