Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@KabirTrue, those guys are not at fault, only argument can be that they did not file Petition at that stage and sat over their rights.
Also in the judgement I see a total of 9+21 aspirants,@AzadHindFauzcan you please clarify how many(or all) of them have been given relief?
@sernihilo15mb ki hai bhai
Telegram me mil jaegi
@AequitasNot all, around 10 of them. Rest others are moving HC for appeal.
If the past is any predictor for the future in these issues, those who have not written mains do not have any hope.
@The_Powerpuff_girlNothing. It has been categorically mentioned in the order that only such candidates who wrote mains are eligible for any kind of relief subject to certain conditions.
@AzadHindFauzthen which category is moving hc,now that an extended date has been accepted,do they want extension till the date of interview?
@The_Powerpuff_girlYes. or at the very least, till DAF-II submission.
Suits them. The idiocy of the order is quite telling.
And, inferring from the order where there any petitioners who gained relief from the extension to 16th August date? And how were they able to upload their certificates if the Commission did not allow them?
@AzadHindFauzthere is every chance that such candidates may aprroach Hc especially if there are someone who attempted there last.
@The_Powerpuff_girlonly those who have given mains stand to get benefited....jinlogo ne mains nai dia unka kuch nao ho skta
@KabirThey made a very academic judgement: Since the last date for submission of DAF-1 was 16.08.19, so there was no objective in keeping last date for certi submission as 01.08.19. After reading the judgement, it looks like CAT was unwilling to interfere in the process, just that they did not find keeping 01.08 as a valid date.
@ShubzI was just being apprehensive if they also moved to courts citing injustice,it might further cause issues, bringing the entire process to a halt.
@Caesarbut they sat on the issue for a considerable time without bringing it to any conclusive end further paving the way for appeal to HC and thus further delay.
@AzadHindFauzOh, that could be the reason for this delay in PDF.
@AzadHindFauzcan you tell me in which para it is written that only those candidate ??
@Shubz
kitne logo ko mains nhi dene diya gya tha aur kitno ko mila tha dene kuch idea ???
@yummy32
@TETRACYCLINEAround 120 ko nahi mila tha. Out of them, 20 got interim relief by the CAT and wrote mains.
