Mains 2021: Doubt and strategy discussion thread

I don't know what to say, really. Prelims is over. The discussion as regards the authenticity of answer keys is the most futile discussion. So, I am creating this thread as a necessary and much-needed diversion. Three months to the biggest battle of our professional lives begins now. All comes down to how we heal and grow from now on, and either, we heal or we're gonna crumble. Day by day.

We're in a toxic environment right now, fellas. Believe me. And, we can stay here, get the s**t kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. Mains is the road ahead for everyone of us notwithstanding our current predicament. So, let's continue to fight and not let our guard down.

It was with a very heavy heart that I gave up my Linc Ocean... it’s a lovely pen but after spending a whole day writing my hand was very sore. If thin pens work for you, you are very fortunate :) good luck!

@Destiny1 I think signature has to be done, coz on all type of undertaking signature is required.

I have another query though. Is this to be typed or handwritten?

I already typed the content. do we need to give this on a Rs 100 notarized stamp paper? What do you say?

On my degree certificate there are two signatures, one of the Registrar and other of the Director & Chairman of the Senate. The Registrar is generally the issuing authority of the degree certificates but the degree was conferred on the recommendations of the Senate, So which issuing authority should I mention in the DAF?

@Piyadasi_Doe IIT? I had the same problem. I've put in the Director (whole designation). I know other people who've put in Registrar. I don't think anyone cares.

DAF related doubt. I have applied for EPFO EO/AO exam to be held in may 2021.

1.Which recruitment exam to select from the drop down?

2. Roll no not alloted yet and without it we cant save the entry. What to do?

In Preview DAF, under 'educational qualifications', it is written 'upload scanned copy of all certificates/degree'.

Do we need to upload 12th marksheet too? I have already uploaded 10th marksheet for Date of Birth verification.

Please help if someone has completed filling DAF.

No, you don't need to upload 12th marksheet. Just the degree certificate in Enclosure (7).

Found the mate :P I too settled on linc glycer a day before after trying over atleast 20 pens . It works super smooth, along with looking our writing legit.
