Has anyone taken concept classes (those with MGP++)? Please share your experiences. TIA.
Ok, so I was part of cohort 1. For someone who does not knows which areas to focus on for mains perspective it is a good deal.
Classes will consist of in depth explanation of basic topics and sub topics for eg preamble, green revolutiony, blue economy, personal vs private relationship in ethics etc. They are short videos concise in nature and explaining the basic concepts (approx 30 mins).

I had taken his classes last year. In my opinion someone who has structuring problem for essay and there is no natural flare of writing I think he can help one develop structure of essays.
For good content he is not the one and if you can write decently well he might kill your natural instincts so another no for test series as well.

OK makes sense. Going though the brochure somewhat made me feel that this would only complicate my essays. Thank you though.

Hello everyone.
I am looking to join an essay test series. Can anyone suggest which one to go for?There were few yes/no for Shabbir Sir.
Other options are Lukmaan, Forum, Vision and Shubhra Ranjan IAS. I had joined TriumphIAS test series last year. My argument for change is that Vikas sir will give similar comments. Want to get an alternative feedback.
Also, there was an essay thread for writing weekly essays. If anyone else is willing, we can revive it again.

I really cannot answer that question. Two reasons, first I have never written mains so I don't know whether my sources and strategies are good enough and second there is no one source.
I am preparing theme wise googling and reading multiple essays on themes. Topper's essays, good copies, fodder material from test series (forumias, shubhra mam's, shabbir sir's) and then my own knowledge of newspaper reading, book readings and notes I made all the while. Also anudeep sir's blog.
Also, consider this coming from someone inexperienced do take note of it.

Get Mains TS papers from a website I'm messaging you. Compare them with model answers. That way you'll be set for GS 2, 3
