@IWRAI have Aribam, Mohit Bhattacharya's New Horizon of PA and Laxmikant for PA. Being a beginner, I'm full of doubts and queries as to how to cover the syllabus from these sources. Can you please guide me about it? Also, for which chapters IGNOU Materials are needed?

Examples are missing. Eg: If you quote hurried passing of legislation, you can mention Finance Bill and Appropriate Bill passed within 30 mins last year. Theoretical arguments need to be substantiated by facts and figures.
Plus you can bring certain things from Paper I as well.
