To the question of mitochondrial diseases, kindly consider that Q is not talking abut mitochondrial dna but mito disease and mito. diseases can also be caused by nuclear dna which is transmitted by father too. just have a look at this govt. website

Finally tempted to comment, silently reading messages here from 10th oct. As every year, people have created aura of confusion. As every year, every next question has made debatable. Those who were started preparing for mains, reading this thread getting disheartened, and doubting their chance to write mains.
I am getting minimum 87 and maximum 95. This is my fifth attempt and no service till now, however, I am working aspirant.
What will be cut off? Boss it will be as per UPSC key.. not as per forum key or insight key. As per UPSC keys,last year, my friend got 101 and I got 93. Although, insightsias given him 112 and 109 to me... So cut off will be as per UPSC key . No matter u are getting 80s or 100s as per coaching keys..every year I got more marks in prelims that coaching keys, except 2020 Fiasco

Since we have found the answers of almost all the questions, only two remain debatable, the EPFO (most probably 2 and 3) and the Cooker one (most probably 1 and 3).
The answers to other 'disputable' questions are Sutlej ( from Khullar), Right To City ( 2 and 3 from IE article), Mitochondria (Both 1 and 2, from several books), virus can't be cultured ( previous year q), State (Option A), Magnetite (all option right), Smelter (all options right).
All questions were right and nothing will be dropped.Last year 1-2 question/s were dropped due to translation issues. It wont be the case this time. Also seats are less this time. You can now peacefully exact your marks.
IN EPFO 1 will be also correct. Allworkers are entitled in any type of employment.
