Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

So if one has to trust someone on polity questions other than obviously upsc, it is shubhra ranjan. So according to her preamble doesnt have any legal effect 'the option A', baaqi to Upsc key is master, anyone can be humbled.
This is misleading, many institutes gave "freedom to develop oneself fully" as answer barring one or two.
And I think, Preamble Q is similar to Liberty Q last year, As simple "absence of restraint" was not the correct answer, simple statement of option A in preamble Q might not be the correct answer this year. We should go formost appropriateanswer and it is perhaps D.

@tss allow me to introduce you to Shubra Ranjan ma'am, who has been teaching Political Science for decades. Preamble has no legal effect.
Check her last 3 yrs answer keys with upsc..you will get an idea..

Not raising doubt brother, just making a point that she can be trusted of all in polity. Even i have marked A for that and am taking it as wrong as per vision key, it wont affect me. Last year in some comments on forum I said that coaching keys will bite the dust..this year I am saying coaching keys will go under the crust
Hello all. I checked my answers of csat from various keys. By vajiram, I am scoring 66.675 and by other institutes, I am scoring somewhere in 77 point something. I am scoring 95.34 in paper 1. What do you all have to say about me?
Right now I am fearful to the core. I don't want to get flunked in paper 2.
What is driving Insights to predict 92-93 so confidently though I am not familiar with their previous records!
They dnt have previous record of predicting cutoff . They dnt do that . And this exam date thing along with that . Looks like now background stuffs are run by some young excited engineers/mba guys. I doubted it whn i saw their grammatical explaination of minister wala qus nyway they run a residential coaching in bangeluru . Ask someone frm there .
