Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

That is upto UPSC bro, I think this was not a small mistake, it was a blunder for hindi medium aspirants, consider those who might be on border line.

Absolutely correct. Two answer for two group of people not possible in OMR. UPSC can consider two options correct but answer would be uniform for everyone.

guys i think the minister question the option will be 'D' for two reasons:
1- since it is doubtful whetehr a person between 18-25 years could me minister- as the governor during oath has to ensure all constitutional formalities are duly followed
2. as per article 164 (1B) a disqualified MLA cannot be elected as minister, during the term of that assembly period or until he gets relected again in a byelection - which means a disqualified MLA cannot be a minister until he gets reelected again
article 164 (1B) reads as
(1B) A member of Legislative Assembly of a State or either House
of the Legislature of a State having Legislative Council belonging to
any political party who is disqualified for being a member of that House
under paragraph 2 of the Tenth Schedule shall also be disqualified to be
appointed as a Minister under clause (1) for duration of the period
commencing from the date of his disqualification till the date on which
the term of his office as such member would expire or where he contests
any election to the Legislative Assembly of a State or either House of the
Legislature of a State having Legislative Council, as the case may be,
before the expiry of such period, till the date on which he is declared
elected, whichever is earlier.”.
@ShivamS yes I truly agree.. Nd with a heavy heart i too want that the question should get deleted as it was very much unfair..But in that response I was just asking him k how will upsc segregate hindi n non-hindi medium candidate in pre.. ?Aisa bhi koi mechanism possible h kya?
Nahi bhai maine to nahi suna aisa mechanism koi, sirf 2 option hai yaha pe, ya to English wala consider hoga ya question drop hoga, but tum ye socho ji isko lekar hindi aspirants court bhi ja sakte hai toh will UPSC want to create any such situation? NO. Lekin haan answer key bhi poore process k baad aati hai toh bhai keh nahi sakte kuch, mostly people on every platform are saying ki drop ho.

@ShivamS It is unfair to a serious aspirant if Question gets drop. If a aspirant who has already made it wrong will have advantage over one who has made it correct if both are on same marks.

Correct. However if not dropped can be injustice to hindi medium. Ethical dilemma for upsc I think. GS4.
