Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

7.5 and 3.25
take 3.25 rod and divide 7.5 into ->3.25+3.25+1(the remaining part)
now use that 1 ft to divide 3.25 ->1+1+1+0.25
min length - >0.25
that's how I solved it
