If a broker asks for more than 15 days of brokerage - DENY, simply DENY. 21 days is too huge.
Special mention of PANKAJ ANAND. A cheater/fraudster. Please if you are in contact with him regarding house, just step away. He is the worst. He will not do your job. This broker, made me pay full month rent and gave only 20 days rent to the landlord, as my shift date was 10th and told me that your monthly cycle is from 10 to 10. Landlord, later, confirmed with me and saved my 10 days rent. Otherwise, it would have gone straight to his pocket. I was lucky.

This is for those who pay rent + 300 (water charges). Nearby your meter there must be a 10 digit number written somewhere, that is your K number. You can use that K number to check your water bill for the floor, on delhi jal board website. For the whole floor, it'll be around 120-150 Rs. But the broker extorts from you 300 rs per room.
Fight this injustice. In the name of Water charges, Broker is exploiting us. We shall show the goonda brokers of ORN the power of students. I stood against my broker and he explicitly said "aapko nahi dena water charges toh aap room chhor do". It is only when we all stand against it.
I propose we enforce 50rs per room as water charges, not 300rs.
Brokers are nobody, they are worms, they are indignant. Lets protect ourselves.
