It will not be the same paper.
The first two statements are quite obvious. I guess they are from the ''About us'' section of the organizations. As far as the third statement is concerned, it is a topic in news since the last few months. I found a link of a recent article

That was under the previous act. THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019 provides for the National Commission to entertain complaints exceeding ten crores. Please refer to the Act, it is important from the Current Affairs point of view.
