[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

The coaching keys especially Shankar's will be out by 5 PM . No delay as anticipated. They work parallel to cover 100 questions.

The variation between coaching keys and official key can go to 5-10% rather than usual< 4%.

Mine was set C and the weird questions were in the first half. Morale took a huge hit. Recovered in the latter part in Polity and Economy so I'm gonna take this as a lesson for next year. I kept hearing UPSC has time and again busted the tips and tricks of the coachings and YouTube-walasand finally experienced it first hand.

Good luck to those who'll make it to mains and beyond. For the rest of us, we go again. In the words of Liverpool supporters - "next year is our year!"

There ll be several mistakes in this type of paper. I suggest people to hold fr some days .

Except for 2-3 topics all standardised sources and conventional methods took a hit in this exam. Seriously 2hours are not enough to think and eliminate. I guess very extensive reading required.

Set A was like the year 2020.

It briefly started with ease and enthusiasm (Polity questions) and then it kept getting worse (History questions) to an extent where all you want is for it to get over (agriculture & S&T).
