@TeddyWestsidecompleting paper has advantage only when the written thing is not just for sake of completing,
should have some relevance and value

@sat_009Paper 1 was extremely vague (for my liking) last year. It had almost zero core history. Culture ke naam pe chaitanya ke baare mein pooch liya and one extremely generic 10 marker. That left the foundation of paper slightly flimsy. Whenever there is good coverage of history, I feel that I can perform better.

@sat_009Btw, great marks in gs3. Last year 100+ in GS was akin to 125+ of 2017.

@GloriousMess26These people exaggerate their stories after they clear. Toppers may not know how much they will score, but there is definitely some confidence after such hard work.

@sat_009I found gs3 most difficult among 4 papers. Did u attempt questions like cyberdome satisfactorily.

**In recent times, there has been an increasing concern in India to develop effective civil service ethics, code of conduct, transparency measures, ethics and integrity systems and anti-corruption agencies. In view of this, there is a need being felt to focus on three specific areas, which are directly relevant to the problems of internalizing integrity and ethics in the civil services. These are as follows:

Anticipating specific threats to ethical standards and integrity in the civil services,
Strengthening the ethical competence of civil servants and
Developing administrative processes and practices which promote ethical values and integrity in civil services.
Suggest institutional measures to address the above three issues. (250 words)**

How did you guys answer this one? I've put suggestions from Ethics in Governance 4th report like constituting a Civil Services Board, diluting Article 311 wherein a CS cannot be removed by an authority subordinate to the appointing authority etc. etc. (can't remember other points now)

@sat_009I messed up integrated farming system also and gst me 2-3 hi yaad aya. 15 markers were comparatively easier in gs3.
