@sat_009maybe u r right.But those 90s were after leaving worth 60 marks completely blank in gs1,70 completely blank in gs2,80 completely blank in gs 3,120 worth completely blank in anthropology.
Even other answers without IBC and without points.
So maybe u r right but I M telling from my experience of leaving things blank,not following model answers and only writing average or above average with nothing extraordinary

@John_Titorbakwas likha hun.. article number 323A and adminitrTive tribunal act gives its appeal to SC difectly..SC judgement making appeals to high courts thereby curbing its powers...then since it works on natural justice principles , it sometimes exceeds the established codes..generic point like imposing restriction on govt and suo motu directives... then some generic conclusion .... 3 mark bhi mile kaafi hai

@bevancomsir that was 2017 where scores below 110 were not at all good, in gs paper 1 2 and 3,
if you would have got same in 2018 i wont have questioned that approach, deflate your gs marks by 25 percent for gs paper 1, 2 and 3 to get ur real marks for 2018 as you have not given last year

@sat_009how can one compare 2016 scores with 2017 and 2018 marking pattern? If you have any idea then plz shed some light

I wrote just 323A and chandrakumar case and added layer of scrutiny but couldn't link things , jyada points nhi mile iske , tough qsn laga mujhe
